Ingredients

Serves : 4 serving
  • 1 Cup besan/gram flour


  • 1/4 Cup rice flour


  • 2 onion (sliced)


  • 1/2 Teaspoon ginger garlic paste


  • 1 Teaspoon garam masala


  • 1/2 Teaspoon chilli powder


  • 1/2 Teaspoon fennel seed


  • To Taste salt


  • 2 Tablespoons coriander and curry leaves


  • oil (to deep fry)

Directions

  • Combine all the ingredients (except oil) in a large bowl. The moisture of onions will coat the flour mixture; if not sprinkle some water and make a dry mixture.
  • Heat the oil, sprinkle the onion mixture in the hot oil and deep fry in medium flame until it turns golden brown. Serve hot with tea.
