We are a plant based family so a lot of what I post will be mixed. I say plant based and not vegan/vegetarian because I use oils and we still sometimes eat fish, though meat altogether doesn’t sound good to us at all anymore. We do, however, eat quite a bit of dairy- we live in the Dairy State so it’s hard to get away from.
