Cooking was my passion right from 12th standard onwards. It is something that is inherited from generations. Though I am not trained chef but you can call me as passionate home chef. My food and recipes has been appreciated not only by my family members but also by my colleagues, friends and relatives. Due to this I have started a cookery page on face book called “Jai Ki Rasoi Se” where I post my recipes. I am also one of the top 60 contestant of Master Chef Season 5 – 2016. On Feb 6th 2017, the U.S. Consulate General of Hyderabad in partnership with Taj Krishna, Hyderabad and HarperCollins had invited recipes for a cooking contest where the participants were told to choose one ingredient for a main course dish and a dessert. I was one of the shortlisted ones and opted for a very humble ingredient ‘the curry leaves- Murraya koenigii'. My recipes were that of "Dum Ka Curry Patta Chicken and Baked Yogurt with Curry Patta Sauce" The judge for the contest was Ms. Padma Lakshmi I
